Future-Proof Living

In November 2020, I worked with a group of young people known as the Ecollective to develop and produce a ten-part podcast on Climate Justice. Meeting up twice weekly I lead the production, development, delivery, distribution and digital marketing of the Future-Proof Living Podcast for Foróige, Ireland Youth Development organisation. This project was funded through the Youth Climate Justice fund but the Government of Ireland. The main objective was to support the group to the podcast production process to produce an engaging and educational podcast on climate justice.

The project involved researching the issues most pressing in the climate justice debate and developing ten individual stand alone episodes featuring the young people of the ecollective interviewing a subject expert. Episodes featured former president of Ireland Mary Robinson, MEP Grace O’Sullivan, Green Party Councillor Daniel Whoolley, youth activist Alicia O’Sullivan.
